Hit a plateau at 159lbs for weeks so have decided to start eating my calories from exercise (30ds and 6week6pack) hopefully will start to lose weight now! Any advice welcome... Thank you :-)

  • I've always been afraid to eat them back, though all the threads on here say that it really works to do it :) I'm curious to know how it works out for you!

I'm curious too! I always go under my limit and am sick of nothing changing! :-)

Going to be so annoyed if I start to gain!! Hahaha XD

I never used to eat back my calories either and the scale didn't budge. Now I eat back some and sometimes all of the calories from exercise and it's slowly coming off. If you're already eating at a deficit then you should try to be eating back your calories to fuel your body. :)

MFP already calculates a deficit for you, by not eating your exercise calories you are creating an even larger deficit which might not be beneficial.
