Weight gain after stopping vegetarianism

Hey guys,
I've managed to gain 5lbs since I stopped being a vegetarian about 2 weeks ago. I didn't go crazy eating, I stayed within my calorie limit. Is my body just getting used to meat again? It is very off putting!

What type of meats are you eating? Any processed meats?

Probably just water weight if you're sure you're in a calorie deficit (or eating TDEE). Also, maybe your sodium has increased off a vegetarian diet?0

I'd check your calculations again. From my experience i lost 30lbs quite quickly after giving up vegetariansim. We are all different but it would'nt hurt to double check.0
