Hi :)

I have a Nike 2 bottles hydratation pack that I HATE!! Anyway, it's not enough water for any run over 8K.

What do you guys use ?

I don't use anything unless the run is in the middle of the day, in summer, and approaching 90 min long ( around 10 mi), or early in the morning, in the summer, and over 2 hr long.

I don't use anything normally, but I live in the desert and have run with a camelbak before and I liked that. For anything less than 60-75 mins I just drink two glasses of water prior. BUT I do have to run before 8AM or else it is too dang hot.

It really depends on the distance and temp for me. In summer when it's hot, I will typically use a handheld bottle for runs of an hour or two (lots of them out there, but I like this one because it fits my very small hand: http://www.roadrunnersports.com/rrs/products/CAA125/camelbak-quick-grip-21-ounce). Longer than that, I use a hydration pack. I prefer the Salomon (expensive but hands down my first choice) and Nathan packs (the Nathan Intensity is a women's specific pack; it really is quite nice). I had a Camelbak pack and was so happy to huck it in the garbage after discovering that there are much more comfortable ones out there. However, I'd think that if you are running in urban areas (areas where you can refill water), something simple like the handheld would suffice (I do all trail running and I think it's more "acceptable" to wear a hydration pack while running on dirt  )

When I do run with water, I use a two bottle belt or a backpack. Both of mine are by Nathan and I find both very comfortable - I barely notice them. I wish it was a little easier to suck out of the hose on the pack, but that's probably true of every camelbak.
