I sometimes get into these moods where I some how convince myself I haven't come as far as I have. I just recently found my BEFORE picture and I compared it to a recent one... And Im totally embarrassed about my before because I let myself get that way... but Seeing my "IN PROGRESS" one really opened my eyes. 20+lbs down and many inches...

I have alot more to do but a reminder of all the work ive done is a great motivator :)
