Tom from Texas! Working on losing weight, eating right and exercise. Set a 1500 cal intake limit. so far so good. Lost 5 lbs. Target goal 180 - 200 :)

    Welcome Tom from Texas. 1500 seems pretty low. What made you set your calorie goal that low?

    I dude at work was giving some pointers. Should eat more? What do you recommend? I'm new to the calorie counting and what are the right foods to eat. I work out in the morning and I sit at a desk at night. I do eat Healthy. Any suggestions will help.

    Welcome! The MFP app should determine a good starting calorie goal and will decrease as you lose weight. I'm on 1390 calories a day now. I am very careful with my choices.
