Good Morning -
I have been using the system for 5 days now and I am surprised by my potassium levels - consistently not being able to achieve my daily goal. Any suggestions on supplements?

    I too was surprised. But it was my sodium levels that took me by surprise. Damn! Everything has way to much salt in it.
