Calorie intake confusion?

I've been doing turbo fire and currently on my 8th week...I've not really lost much (inches or weight)...i've been on weight watchers for over two years...it wasnt until about week 4 that i decided to eat more...my calorie is set to 1650 on my app...i dont workout till late at night..but up at least two hours afterwards..so I've been burning an average of about 250-300 calories during my workouts...I put them into the app...so then i usually end up going to bed under my calorie limit....

so according to the turbo fire book I've calculated my calorie intake...my calorie deficit is subtracted from it (500) but what i burn on average and based on my activity style is added into the calorie...

should i be including what i've burned exactly into the app..or leave it out and/or just put it in notes as a reference?
