Lost 95#, gained it back, trying again.

I had gastric bypass surgery and lost 95# in 1999. I gained it all back and although some of it is because of medicine I'm on that I can't be off of, a lot of it is because I eat the wrong things and don't move. So, I'm trying this. So far, it's been really great at keeping me accountable. Even if I mess up, I have to start fresh for the next day!

Welcome. I'm newish here too. Well done for loosing so much the first time. It's a good community on here to hopefully help you stay on track. The food tracker and nutritional values are helping me to realise how many calories are actually in things.0
