Hey everyone!
I started myfitnesspal.com a little over a month ago or so and have seen some results but I keep yo-yoing between my 40 and 42lb weight loss. I am on here to loose the extra pounds that I gained between both of my babies (my daughter is 2 and my son 2mos) since both pregnancies were hard and I was on bed rest the only thing I did was eat and sleep with both of pregnancies and I am no regreting the extra weight that I have put on. I am in dire need of fitness pals to help me stay on track! I cant wait to meet new people!

You lost 40 pound already so you know what you are doing. I think that at times we get comfortable with where we are at currently and lose track of the final prize. Stay focused and remember why you are doing this. Tomorrow is another day so try to think back and be honest with yourself about what you are doing different now days. Plus you got a friend in me.0
