60 Pounds of Fat Gone, thanks to MFP

Looking through this thread, my achievement seems fairly modest: I lost 60 pounds in about eight months and just reached my goal weight of 180 pounds.

I've tracked my calories every day since September on the MyFitnessPal app, and it made it so easy.

I have practically no will power, so if I can do it, anyone on here can reach their goal, though I'm not saying it was always easy. For me, the key was to track calories every day. That one discipline of simply putting everything I eat into the app seemed to make all the difference.
