iphone iSO vs Working Out Calories - Questions

Hey All,
Just curious to hear what other members are doing. I have recently re-installed run keeper and I use it to rack my walk, run, row and bike. However, on a day like today...
I ran for 3KM... I have 250cals to add, but my walk/step meter for the day under my iOS says 450 (because of the daily walking/running). So which one do I choose? Do I NOT enter my run? and use the 450? or remove the 450 and use the 250?
Thoughts? Ideas?
