https://www.fitbit.com/user/39Z2BY if you'd like to add me. :) I LOVE my fitbit charge HR... I've been stalled since September and I've had my fitbit for a little over a month now and am back to losing. I'm not sure what TDEE is. Lol. But, again if you'd like to add me, my friends and I like to do the challenges and we always welcome new people. :)

My flex is probably the favourite thing I have bought this year (so far!). My wrist feels naked when I am not wearing it!!

TDEE = Total Daily Energy Expenditure (calories you burn to maintain your weight)

Fitbit's calorie burn is your estimated maintenance calories for the day. You can also view your 30 day average burn (average TDEE) on your Fitbit profile page.

i love the fact i can now eat different amounts depending on activity. today i have eaten 1600 calories so far 1400 net - apparently my average is around 1850! i love how its so accurate because i have been losing since using it after a 2 month plateau

I'm 5'2", lost the weight, and have maintained for ten months thanks to MFP + Fitbit.

You can learn more (and find Fitbit friends) in the Fitbit Users group: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/1290-fitbit-users
