hello!

I was emailed a voucher from Holland and Barrett for the boo-tea teatox so I went along and bought a box during lunch today. Has anybody tried it before? If so, how was it?

The reviews on their website all sing its praises but I'm a bit dubious of trusting them when the company chooses which reviews to publish!

The reviews on their website are going to be great reviews because its there website. They're not going to post the bad ones.

It's a laxative in tea form... that's about it.

OP; Educate yourself about detoxes and weight loss in general. You are about to make the detox mistake and I hate to see it happen.

You can research it on your tablet while you're sitting on the crapper.

Also, if you read reviews anywhere else, like Amazon, people actually get paid to write positive reviews for products.

And thus it is best to read and understand the science behind it....or lack thereof in the case of detoxes.

Is it common for you to blindly purchase based on emailed vouchers?

I love tea. I don't know about bootea, but just plain tea is a daily part of my WOE.

Why do people only ask the questions AFTER dropping silly amounts of money?

Why do people always ask about these kinds of products AFTER they have purchased them?

Yes, it's just an overpriced laxative. Waste of money. Your body detoxes itself, you don't need any of that foolish stuff.

Hello! I've tried it, didn't make me lose any more weight then normal but I felt and looked a lot less bloated then I did before and as I bloat very easily I was obviously happy about that. I didn't follow their eating plan as it cut out a lot of stuff which I couldn't live without like meat and dairy but kept to my normal 1400 limit and logged it all on here.

Also, I didn't spend my days in the bathroom as people seem to think you may, but I guess it can effect different people differently and the website does warn that it can happen in the first couple of days.

Yeah... coz it is a laxative. You may as well just go buy... that's right... a laxative. (don't go buy laxatives).
