Tuna salad no mayo

this will strech your salad and is very filling

1/2 c cottage cheese
1 pkg Starkist tuna (your flavor choice) I used herb and garlic
1 hard boiled egg chopped
1 tbl pickle relish
1 tbl onion fine chopped
season salt opt.
Mix and eat this is approx 270 cal
I used 13 Ritz toasted chips = 130 cal to serve along

    I was thinking about using sour cream and seeing how that tasted instead of may, but never thought of cottage cheese! Will have to try it out, thanks!

    Plain yogurt works.I add a dash of yellow mustard

    I use avocado instead of the mayo. Super yum!

    I was never a fan of cottage cheese, but I kind of want to try this, maybe that will change! :)
    When I'm out of my light mayo I found guacamole is also really good with it, and so is hummus!

    I never thought of using avocado or cottage cheese - I usually use plain greek yogurt. Will have to try these options to see what I like best! :)
