Outsourcing preparation

I call the butcher shop at my local grocery store and have them trim and dice the meat for me. This saves me over an hour of prep work and costs me nothing. I usually buy pork loin or chicken breasts. Considering I eat about 10# of meat a week, this is really nice. It also saves me dishes.

I usually turn it into stirfry or fajitas.

    I love my local butcher, he does that for me too

    he gets all his stuff locally and free range, the chicken breasts in his shop are huge (one does my 2 dinners) i love 'outsourcing' !
