Breakfasts on a plant based diet

I'm already veggie but slowly transitioning over to a more plant-based lifestyle. My typical breakfasts right now are wholewheat toast with peanut butter and seeds, or Weetabix with almond milk, banana and seeds (are these acceptable??) but need some more ideas. Winter is fine as I eat porridge for breakfast but at a loss for the summer.
I'm NOT a morning person so quick, simple ideas needed. I also need something to actually eat so smoothies are great as a snack but not for breakfast
