lost sync with FitBit

I've been tracking on this site for a few weeks, including weight, food and FitBit, ever since it was announced that Nutrisystem was no longer going to support community boards, tracking and such. Starting this morning, I no longer am seeing my steps here, although they're showing on the FitBit site. I don't know how to get help with it here -- I've tried, but the feedback (even to assure me the question registered somewhere) is lacking and I don't know if anyone is ever going to help.
The MFP app tells me the FitBit is already paired, so I can't do it again. I'm getting no calorie credit for an hour of fast walking I did this morning. This is new, and it's not good.
Any clues out there?

You should be able to disconnect and reconnect the fitbit. I actually just had to do it with mine and it usually works. If not, it's often a system error that corrects itself in a couple days.0

I've been having this issue all day. I disconnected and reconnected FitBit and it fixed it...for now. 8)0

This is pretty common. There are always issues with the app sync process and they have always resolved themselves. It is really annoying and I'm having the same issues with FitBit today.0

Disconnecting and reconnecting is working for most, but I think it's only updating that one time, not every sync like normal.0 -

I think that it increases the load on the system every time someone disconnects and reconnects, so even though it worked to get me current information earlier today, I'm avoiding doing it repeatedly (even though it is driving me nuts to not have my Fitbit adjustment). I'll do it one more time, before bed, if the problem hasn't been fixed by then, so that I can end the day with relatively accurate information. Until then, I'm using Fitbit's numbers for remaining calories, even though I normally use MFP's.0 -
My system seems to be working again - no additional disconnect/reconnect needed - so I hope everyone else is back to normal, too.0
