Footballer back from 4 months injured (long road ahead)

So I tore my rectorus femorus, essentially my thigh where it attaches to the hip flexor. 4 months on with no exercise and about a stone heavier an cardiovascular of an asthmatic, im back to start the climb to ultimate fitness... AGAIN!

I was kickboxing for 8 months last year and felt great. Then, I stopped for about 7 months good gosh time flies. I have babysitting problems and maybe, that's just my excuse. Trying to move again and finding it hard. Good luck.0
