    I never felt like I deserved to post this (PICS).

    Okay, I don't have one of those epic success stories, and I'm still working on building a stronger leaner body.

    I just thought that this would keep me on track.

    I'm down 13 pounds and putting on muscle now so I probably won't notice much else on the scale. The first 3 pics are from october-january. This was an "off season" for me and I just ate whatever!!!! whenever!!!! The last few are today/yesterday! THANKS TO MFP :)
    I know it's not the biggest transformation , but I'm feeling a lot happier, healthier and way more confident. I guess that's what matters. Plus, I'm doing it the right way.

      Thanks everyone! This is my way of acknowledging that this is a system that's working for me and that I should make it a lifestyle change and keep on going. I'm always inspired by the stories I see here. Glad I've been reaching my goals and can have one of my own.
