Motivation for running needed!

I have been doing Group Power at the YMCA for the last two months and have noticed big changes in my body. I have also lost nearly 10 pounds, going from BMI of overweight to healthy weight range. I have a short term goal weight of 5 pounds more loss, and want to start running again. 2 years ago this time I was regularly running 10 km. My goal is to be able to run 10 km outside again - and enjoy it!!!
