Back to basics n reading labels

Since my husband has Menieres I have been weighing & calculating his daily portions for over 2 years (he can only have 1500mg of salt a day) . And try to eat the same even though I don't have to . I ve learned a lot especially reading labels, going almost all fresh ! no processed or fast foods. It's made a difference .. really if u all tried it you would see.. I personally can't even eat processed or fast food now with my tummy going sour or end in the bathroom sick. Just wanted to say this program really helps you see what we are putting in our bodies and what little or massive exercise we do helps :) good luck to you all ! Just remember We put our mind to it we all can be at our weight goals and be happy :)
