getting back in the swing of things

hey guys. i fell off the wagon unfortunately and haven't been logging or working out like i should. made some bad food choices and ended up gaining back like 3lbs. anyone want to offer some motivation for someone trying to get back on the right track? i feel guilty and now i'm having trouble getting back to working out as much as i used to since i lost my momentum.
