Soy concerns

I've been reading various things about the worries for males with the estrogen in soy products. Anyone have any opinions/experiences with this (preferably dudes who aren't super bulky since they wouldn't really notice bosom growth since they have large pecs) and how much soy is too much? I work a manual labor job so i try to get a 25-30g protein hit every few hours and it's hard to get at things other than just a protein bar/shake.

phytoestrogen has no relation to oestrogen the hormone other than the similar name. It's basically just a myth. As a Vegan for 20 years soya is one of my main foods and I've not turned into a woman yet

I particularly liked the part when the Dr. said that "while soy does not contain estrogen, animal foods do".0 -

i would not worry about it.
