Hi I am Helen and 31 year old Mum of two. I've used MFP a few times but never been successful as I struggle with my willpower.

After trying weight watchers I'm ready to give it another go as I have always enjoyed the support on here.

I'm in need of supportive friends with similar goals from any corners of the globe as I love meeting new people.

I look forward to being a support for others on a similar path.
