I'd love to find some supportive buddies with similar stories / missions to get healthy after disordered eating!

    I have had an ED most of my life. When I was in recovery the past two years, I was also on a drug, zyprexa, that messed up my metabolism. I didn't weight myself until around Jan and freaked out that I was up 100lbs. Now I am struggling with myself and my ED mind set to lose weight as healthily as possible. There are a few ED groups on these forums one is called ED Recovery & Weight loss, and the other is Ana, Mia, and EDNOS Space. The first one is more recovery oriented. Good luck staying healthy and meeting your goals.
