need carb ideas?

Hey I'm having a diet problem.. I'm trying to increase carbs without adding extra protein and fibre, my protein is at 120g my fibre is at 40g and i'm at 200g carbs, how can I increase my carbs to 250 without adding fat/fibre/protein, what sources of carbs are just pure carbs and nothing else? should i eat more cereal or jaffa cakes to get more carbs/calories in? or sultana's? any ideas on what i can add in without adding a lot of sugar? rice cakes?
