Hello!
I figured I would introduce myself. I have been using MFP for about two weeks now and I am still trying to get the hang of it-but my goals are probably different from the majority of users. I am mainly trying to track my protein intake so I can add lean mass. I am currently training for powerlifting and I found that my nutrition was lacking.

Hi, welcome! I started using MFP for calorie count at first, but have since started tracking macros and especially protein. It's a great tool.0
