macro tracking/reverse diet/bulks and cuts, friends wanted:)

my name is joe, started back in April 2014, lost 33lbs!
Stated cardio and lifting programme and read as *kitten* load on sport nutrition, tracking macros, bulking and cutting phases, learnt so much in the last year. Currently cutting down to around 10% body fat then planning to reverse diet and begin bulking phase.
Hit me up if you need any advice or have some to give :)
