HI,
MY NAME IS JAN AND I HAVE BEEN AT THIS FOR ALMOST 3 MONTHS AND I AM 26 LBS DOWN SINCE I LAST WEIGHED IN. THAT WAS 2 WEEKS AGO! I FELT LIKE IT WAS TIME TO JOIN IN AND MEET OTHER PEOPLE WORKING ON THIS NEVER ENDING LIFE CHALLENGE. MY MAIN ISSUE IS TRYING TO FIND THE TIME TO STRENGTH TRAIN LIKE WHICH I AM SURE A LOT OF PEOPLE DEAL WITH THE SAME ISSUE. I WORK 2 JOBS AND CURRENTLY DO HAVE A BAD SHOULDER-SLAP TEAR IN MY RT. BICEP TENDON SO I HAVE TO BE CAREFUL WITH THE WEIGHTS BUT THAT COULD JUST BE AN EXCUSE. JUST NEED SOME TIPS AND MOTIVATION AND SOME IDEAS TO HELP ME GET IN MORE TRAINING RATHER THAN JUST CARDIO A COUPLE OF TIMES A WEEK! ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED.
