Food is good but good isn't always good for you

I have had this app for about 8 months and only just recently started using this. I though u was eating healthy but I kept gaining weight. A lot had to do with my level of physical activity. The app has been amazing because now I see how much I have been over eating. It was hard at first but now I am seeing that even with good found you can still eat too much. Seeing how little food the 1880 calories I am allowed each day really opened my eyes on my eating habits. More is not better, I always had a fast metabolism and never really paid much attention to how I ate. Here I am a bit older really understanding what I really need to help maintain with little physical activity in my life. I am happy to say I eat what I need and not what my stomach can hold. I notice the difference each day now that I watch my diet. I still eat what I want but now it is in moderation.
