blender bottle questions

So recently I was given a blender bottle. I have never used one before and am looking for some help/tips in using one. What can I blend in it? Can I blend fruit and vegatables? What about peanut butter? Any recipes or links to recipes geared to blender bottles would be great. Thanks in advance.

Is it the kind with the little wire ball? I think they're just for blending protein powders. The little wire thing wouldn't be strong enough to mash up friends and veggies. I've never tried peanut butter in mine - probably depends on how hard you can shake it.

pb2 would probably work in one of those

PB2 works but you have to shake the crap out of it. It tends to clump. I ended up getting a sport blender because that and my protein powder wouldn't mix well.

I just use it as a water bottle....

You could put a smoothie in it... After blending it...
