Can u post breakfast and lunch ideas under 300 -400 cals please

    Breakfast: 1 egg 2 pcs of toast and 1 or 2 sausage patties 260-350 depending on the bread or if you use butter.
    You can make 3-4 pancakes that will equall about 300 cals. I can make 6 for about 480 not including butter or syrup.
    French toast depending on the bread and such

    Lunch: Burrito bowls depending on the meat and the amount of things .
    Sandwiches
    Chicken breast
    Tortilla pizza
    Peanut butter sandwiches
    Salads

    Of course all of those depend on your specific ingredients and tastes.

    For breakfast I have steel cut oatmeal cooked with frozen blueberries and raspberries. I add a small amount of almond milk. It's 218 calories.

    Blueberry pancakes
    - 50gr flour (just over 1/3 cup)
    - 100ml buttermilk (just over 1/3 cup)
    - 1 egg white
    - 1/8tsp baking soda
    - 1/2tsp baking flower
    - pinch salt
    - sweetener to taste
    - 50gr blueberries
    - 50gr banana

    Mix dry ingredients together (apart from fruit) and in a separate bowl the wet ingredients. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. When almost hot, mix dry into wet and fold in blueberries. Ladle batter into pan 1/3 cup at a time. Slice the banana, possibly fry off in the pan next to the pancakes for about 30secs per side just before serving for some extra sweetness and eat up!

    Apple tuna salad
    Mix tuna with egg, yoghurt/low fat mayo, red onion, bell pepper, sweet corn, capers, diced apple and possibly a boiled egg (quantities to fit your macros). Season and serve with iceberg.
    Mediterranean tuna salad
    Flake canned tuna over mixed salad leaves, add olives, grilled zucchini, eggplant and bell pepper and possibly a dollop of hummus.
