Chicken and Greek salad Scratch made

Everything is made from scratch. The oil I seared the chicken in was a peanut olive oil blend. The peanut oil was added just to raise the smoking temp of the olive oil. You can just use grape seed oil instead if you have some. Chicken was than patted dry, and finished in the oven. I picked a poultry season similar to the kfc special blend And pre seasoned raw chicken in a bowl in the fridge for a few hours before cooking
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon onion salt
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon ground oregano
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon basil leaves, crushed
1 teaspoon marjoram leaves, crushed finely
Get that chicken to a golden brown than take it out of the pan and cook the rest of the way in the oven it should be over half oven when you transfer so at 350 don't over cook.
Than feta cheese salad mix greens katamala olives, tomatoes, green onions, Greek dressing. Plenty of good Greek dressing recipes just use a good olive oil and nice mild vinegar

The above nutrition info counts homemade croutons and frozen peas
Which I omit so figure it accordingly0 -
I love well seasoned food, but still, I am surprised at the quantity of seasoning for just one chicken; especially a whole teaspoon of all spice.
Also, what does " 1 serving " in the nutritional info mean ? If it is one chicken and it serves four, it would mean a quarter chicken per serving, right ? Isn't that a lot , especially since it says it's only 366 calories including the Feta cheese and other things. It's looks super delicious, but I wonder if the information is correct....0 -
The seasoning isn't for one chicken it's to make the season blend. Use sparingly. And yes I split up each chicken breast into multiple salads for my wife's salads for the week.0

4 oz of chicken
Stick to the suggested portion sizes to achieve the nutritional number0 -
I'll update to resolve any confusion. I make this seasoning for my chicken instead of buying some at the store which is mainly salt and preservatives. I keep my blends in used season jar. Also don't use more than a playing card size amount of chicken breast. Since every chicken breast was quite large so I imputed all ingredients x4 you don't use very much feta but since it's so strong you don't have to. And if you spin dry your lettuce you don't have to use as much dressing because the oil coats dryer lettuce better. Unless the macros are wrong on MFPs every ingredient was weighed and imputed correctly. If you stick to the amount of portions that nutrionist suggest the numbers should be in the ball part of what I listed0
