Restarting my Journey

Hey!
I'm from London, England and I used MFP about 3 years ago and managed to lose about 2st.![:smile: :smile:](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Since I stopped logging, I fell off the wagon and over time I've just stayed about the same since.
I want to get back on it as I have a holiday planned for late September and I'm hoping starting now will mean I can get to my 'ideal' weight for then. It means losing about 1lb a week. That's not too crazy right?
I have just started spinning (currently loving it!) and I have signed up for a few 10k runs to keep me interested with little goals and a reason to keep running.
Hoping I can stay on track this time, so please feel free to add me and hopefully with your support I'll be as successful as I was before !!
