Stuck at a 22lb weight loss!!

So not a lot has changed with my diet and exercise recently and I'm stuck with this 22 pound weight loss! I guess it's safe to say I have hit a plateau. It's so discouraging I am watching what I eat, counting calories, working out (probably more so now then ever) and I'm stuck! ADVICE on how to get over this and start dropping the pounds again!?

    Maybe up your calories and eat an extra 100 calories a day???

    Drink more water???

    Mix up exercise regime???

    What works for me is to keep pushing myself with exercise. More resistance on cardio machines, heavier weights, or just trying something new.

    Change up your workouts... eat just a little bit more... and drink lots more water :D

    Congrats on your weight loss so far! I would recommend switching up your foods and doing high then low cal dayst (alternating days) to shock your metabolism. Those high/low cal days worked for me every time I hit a plateau.
