What helps you keep focused on cravings that creep up?

what kind of craving are you getting? there is always healthy alternatives to sweets.0

I recently read that sugar suppresses cortisol. Given that stress increases cortisol, which promotes weight gain, and also induces sugar cravings, I try to manage my stress. I'm trying to focus on solving the stress instead of resisting the lure of candy.... so far it's been working!0
