Net Calories??

There are days that my Net Cals are under 1000...is this ok?

Everyone has different opinions on this but I think it's okay as long as you ate a healthy amount of calories. I never eat my exercise calories back.0

My net calroies yesterday was just 350 or such. Just was not hungry and had two really big workouts.
It happens.

Your body doesn't just say "meh, maybe tomorrow" when you lack something. When it lacks something it needs, it steals it from something else. When your muscles break down after working out they need glutamine to repair themselves, your body will break down other muscles for their glutamine if you do not get it with your diet. Same goes for calcium, your body will take it from your bones if you do not get enough in your diet.
Your stomach may be full but your cells are starving, think of it that way.0 -
I go by my diary, if i hot complete this entry and it tells me I'm not eating enough then no, its not ok.. if it doesnt say that then I've eaten enough to fuel my body....0
