New to TDEE, Could use some Support and Friends.

I've met a good few people on here who offer great support but due to recent absences they don't seem to be very active anymore and i'm looking to meet and support/receive support from some new friends.

I started only eating 1200 calories a day which worked until i lost 11pounds (pregnancy weight) i still have 20 pounds to lose but sadly have hit a weight loss plateau and so have started with the TDEE method. Exercise i recently sprained my ankle but it has got considerably better and i'm planning to start the 30 day shred again.

So feel free to add me and we can support eachother. :)
