Hi all,I been on here a couple of months and lost 11 1b now. I think the fitness pal is great really keeps trackbed what you eat. I do daily e excise too. Hope to make a couple of friends.

That's a great achievement, well done! I've tried many 'diets' over the years, but it really does come down to the simple maths of eating less than you burn in order to lose weight, and eating the same that you burn in order to maintain. Daily exercise is a fantastic lifestyle change - it makes such a difference. Good luck in getting those scales to say the number you want them to. x0
