Accountability thread

Hi all!
I've just started at the gym and thought about all the times I've done this then failed to go when life gets in the way... So I've decided to make you all my challengers. I'm going to post the week's workouts then check in when I've done them (or give a reason why I didn't).
It would be great if you would join me and we can be accountable together...

So: Today (Saturday) is a rest day as worked out 4 times last week without a break.
Sunday: Run with OH
Mon: Gym - Workout program #1
Tues: Gym - Workout program #2
Wed: Day off (all day course and evening meeting)
Thurs: Run
Fri: Gym - Workout program #3
Sat: Run
Sun: Bodypump

    Did my run today. Only 15 mins worth but it's a good start! :-)
