accupedo and MFP syncing but not correct amounts?

Hi. Im having trouble accurately syncing the data from accupedo to MFP. The steps show the same number on either app but the calories are substantially lower on MFP, less than 10% I'd say. Should I add them in manually or is there a way to fix it?
