How do I adjust the settings to account for breastfeeding my 2 month old?

Bump!
I want to know the same thing. I actually came to this board to ask. I'm nursing my 12.5 week old, which makes the calorie count and what I can lose consuming "x" calories per day all the way off.
Surely there is an option considering how many moms start working towards weight-loss after the birth of a little one and how popular this app is... I haven't been able to find one yet, though.
Anyone know? I may still post so I can put the question in the title.0 -
In the food database there are entries you can select for breast feeding.0

So I have to track each feeding to make it work? And what about the daily calorie goal, then? Leave it at 1800 while it deducts each feeding?
Thank you for the answer. Seems like it'd be so much easier if they just had a special setting.0 -
I personally just have a set calorie goal (Often referred to as TDEE method). My calories are set at 2000 (LLL recommends a minimum of 1800) and I don't log my breastfeeding.
ETA: You don't have to track each feeding, just put it in the morning for like 500 calories for EBF, and once baby starts solids do it for 300 calories.0 -
Oh yes! Now I remember. Thanks!
