I've recently started lifting as I'm joining the army and need to get my fitness up but I've found I really love it and it's not a chore anymore, it's more like therapy. I'm looking for people to add to keep me motivated and it little bits of advice along the way

27 yo weighing in at around 83.5 kg was always a skinny athletic frame due 2 my martial arts background and weighing 66 kg so decided 2 years ago to start lifting an adding sum mass!!
Rachelford u r right lifting is therapy it makes u feel beta In yourself an at times it makes u feel that u can accomplish anyfin esp wen u hit ur PB!!0 -
