Friends that lift

Options
I've recently started lifting as I'm joining the army and need to get my fitness up but I've found I really love it and it's not a chore anymore, it's more like therapy. I'm looking for people to add to keep me motivated and it little bits of advice along the way

You can lift hard and you don't need a hot tub!
