how to put in curves workout

I have recently joined MFP and I can't figure out how to put in a curves strength training circuit workout in.. they use resistance instead of pounds.. I have figured I do 24 machines, 8 reps at each machine.. for 30 minutes.. any one have a clue how to help? thanks

    You should use the Smart card. It will tell you how many calories you burn on the machines. Yesterday I burned approx 440 calories counting the machines alone. I usually jog on the recovery pads so it's not counting those calories burned.I typically do 15 reps on average.
