Unfortunately most of us woman realistically can't lose weight that fast. The shorter you are the slower it will be because 1 pound is a bigger percentage of your body compared to a taller person. The more body fat you have the quicker it is, then it slows down. Your body has ebbs and flows with water so the body weight scale is deceptive.
It's best just to continue with the healthy lifestyle and a sustainable calorie deficit that doesn't make you crash. And patience patience patience. The process doesn't change. The results come later. Focus on the process (calorie deficit and exercise) - day in and day out. It's all that matters to make it work. And it will work whether you step on the body weight scale or not.

Welcome to MFP Nedy. I would say that the keys to success are to have a plan, be consistent, and be patient. You have to focus on the prize and make thoughtful food decisions daily to make sure you are eating smartly and be mindful of your portion sizes and calories. The more you do it, the easier it will become. Feel free to add me.0

Thanks I needed that when I use to be 15 I was 200 lbs and dropped to 115 in 6 months I worked hard on it just started slacking off and back to 153 now its horrible lol but now I joined the gym and doing a diet so far in 2 weeks have lost 8 pounds just need the motivation its not easy thanks0 -
I'm going to invent a scale that shocks women every time they step on it. Try not to focus on your weight as a number. Track your progress via measurements and how your clothes fit. Focus on hitting all your macros and keeping your calories in a deficit. Always put weight training before cardio and keep you water intake high.0
