Tight on Time Exercises

I find my normal work day beginning at 5:15 a.m. and going all the way until returning home around 7:30 p.m. I find it hard to fit in exercising and would like some suggestions from others who have the same issue. I have begun doing a set of squats each time I take a bathroom break, so that is something at least. Suggestions?

    Hi,

    Do you travel to work by car or train/bus? I just wonder on the way to work or back could you walk for 45 mins and cut out some of the journey by transport?. If driving, park the car 25 mins from work etc. I don't always get a chance to exercise so 3-4 days a week I walk to work and back which is an hours exercise before I've even done my gym classes. So it may mean you getting up later or returning after 8pm, but at least you'd have done some exercise.

    That's a very long day so hope you find the time some how!
