I'm not sure about any body else, but I don't particularly look at whether I'm eating unsaturated fat or saturated fat etc...
I just hit my macros.0 -
it doesnt matter if all youre looking to do is hit your macros.
there are plenty of good fats that have health benefits that you probably want to opt for just for health reasons.0
