Ok, so maybe I'm not lazy I'm just tired I'm just over 3 months pregnant so not very far along yet but I've got my other 3 (including a 10 month old) to run around after on top of keeping the household running smoothly so I'm tired a lot and usually after all the housework is done, homeschool is done, and after running around playing with them all day so I need some simple workouts not just walking or anything but something I can do simple throughout the day maybe even while I do housework or even dare I say...... while sitting down lol anyone have some tips??? Thanks

I am a mom too, and i used to say the same things.., im tired/need to rest/ etc etc, But i realized that I was just making an excuse for myself ( this is me , im not saying ur doing that). But, I changed my ways and now exercise at least once a day with the dvds at home, and always go for a walk daily.

You definitely have your hands full with kiddies, housework and a baby on the way though! I would suggest just making it a priority in your day to go for a walk even. Take the little ones in the stroller or out for a walk beside you and just get some fresh air, for at least 30 mins.

Also, google some pregnancy friendly dvds/ or youtube it, and they have low key workouts for women, in the comfort in your own home. So , while the 10 month old is sleeping, you can do a quick 30 mins dvd or something. Just keep the older kids busy with their lunch or snacks!

I didn't work out at all in my pregnancy, nor was i interested. Props to you for making an effort!

I agree with above post, lots of walking with the kids and chasing them around is burning calories. We do a lot of crazy dance parties, just 10-15 minutes getting our sillies out. You can also do little things during the day, 5 minutes, wall push ups are good for arms and a growing belly, I think squats too while focusing on your baby belly... You could even get a resistance band and work some back and biceps. I also like the big excersise ball..... Best of luck to you!
