Help figuring activity level in TDEE?

I am trying to figure my activity level for the TDEE calculators. Help is appreciated. I am a mom of two, work in the house part time painting (sitting). When I am not working I am doing fiddly home-things including the typical at-home vegging out. As far as exercise goes, I walk 3-4 miles 5 days a week, of which about a quarter mile is very steep downhill and a quarter mile is very steep uphill. Hope to add exercise in short increments, but as of now that is where I am at.

Thanks in advance!

Are you referring to which activity factor to select? I would estimate that you're lightly active. You can always pick one, eat that for about 4 weeks, and see what your weight does. It will definitely fluctuate within that time, but you are just looking for a general trend.

Thank you both. I was debating on Lightly Active and Sedentary. I will do lightly active and see how that works.

If you have been using MFP for a bit, try this Excel Extraction Tool. It calculates your TDEE based upon your exercise and food logs. It's been pretty accurate for me so far. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/EvgeniZyntx/view/mfp-data-export-tool-the-overview-659927
