Thought it might be nice for us all to share our favorite workout playlists. If your like me then music is very important, especially when it comes time to workout. Having a great playlist jammin in your ears sure makes things alot easier and go alot quicker, at least it does for me.

    I only listen to hip-hop but when it comes to working out (especially running) I get the best result with Green Day! Especially the American Idiot album! LOVE IT!

    I have different playlists so I do not have the same thing every day but I ALWAYS end it with Monster by Skillet as my last hard song before my slower cool down song.
